FSIT

Extraordinary places. Enduring experiences.

FSIT homepage with the original wordmark, Kerala backwaters and editorial typography

FSIT is a destination development company rooted in Kerala. This project reimagines its website as a premium digital experience, bringing the company’s story, established destinations, and upcoming projects into one coherent journey. The redesign starts from a new structure while retaining the original FSIT wordmark and adapting content from the existing website.

The central design challenge was to balance an aspirational first impression with clear, useful information. Immersive landscape photography establishes a sense of place, while a forest-green and ivory palette, generous spacing, and expressive serif typography give the brand a calm, confident presence. A restrained navigation system keeps the next step easy to find.

FSIT destination collection with filters for established and upcoming projects

Destination discovery sits at the heart of the experience. Visitors can browse the full collection or filter between established destinations and projects on the horizon. Each destination has its own story, location, imagery, and route to enquiry. Planned destinations and concept visualisations are clearly identified, helping visitors understand what they are exploring.

The visual system extends across the company story, leadership, journal, galleries, and contact pages. Responsive layouts preserve the hierarchy on smaller screens, supported by mobile navigation, visible keyboard focus, and accessible gallery controls. A custom three-to-four-second introduction animates the existing FSIT logo, with reduced-motion support.

The enquiry experience connects browsing to a practical next step. Enquiring from a project page preselects that destination, and the form captures the visitor’s message and enquiry consent separately from optional marketing permission. The existing Google Sheets integration was updated to receive the new fields, and a test submission was verified in the response sheet.

The result is a complete responsive website implementation with a consistent identity and a clear path from discovery to conversation. The production build, key interactions, desktop and mobile layouts, and updated enquiry integration were checked. The redesign is prepared for deployment; these screens show the implemented website.
